A separate menu is public unless private access is specifically built. Confidential records, logins, claims and employee-specific information stay in the employer’s or carrier’s secure portal. Private staff access requires a separate scope and review.

One entry is one destination link or contact listing. A refresh is a consolidated batch updating existing content. Corrections to provider errors and urgent safety links do not consume a refresh. First-year totals exclude additions and any applicable taxes. Printing, domain purchase, independent clinician review and certified translations are not included unless quoted. School-specific analytics require separate pricing and agreed reporting scope; general aggregate visit tracking is enabled.
FROM DEMONSTRATION TO DISTRIBUTION
A clear process for your first launch.
- Agree on your scope. Choose the schools, audiences, sections, pricing and designated approver.
- Gather approved resources. Supply school branding, local contacts and optional staff links.
- Review a customized preview. The proposed target is 15 business days after complete materials and the agreed order.
- Complete content and district review. Confirm qualified safety-content review, privacy, accessibility checks and purchasing requirements.
- Approve and share. Written launch approval comes before distribution. Receive the link, QR file and digital flyer.
- Keep it current. Refresh resources through the year and renew by written agreement. No automatic renewal.

Includes the order form, customization schedule, fees, support, privacy, renewal and signature sections. Discussion draft for legal review before use.
